• Vote early by mail or in personIn Ohio, voters can begin casting their votes 35 days before Election Day. For this election, early voting begins on October 4th, and ends November 7th. With busy schedules, it makes sense to vote early to make sure your vote is counted! Don't let anything get in the way of voting YES!

   

  Also known as absentee voting, you no longer need to be out of town or have another reason for voting by mail. There is a specific process you must follow for your vote to count, so please carefully read the instructions for each step in the process.

  There are two ways to vote early.

 

• By MailFollow the steps below to vote early by mail.

• In PersonFollow the steps below to vote early in person.

1) Fill out an application

• Applications for an absentee ballot are now being accepted! You should request your ballot as early as possible so you have enough time to return it before the deadline
• Applications can be printed online at Butler County Ohio Board of Elections
• Be sure to fill out the application completely and carefully!

2) Mail your application

• Mail your application to:

• Applications cannot be faxed!

3) Watch the mail for your ballot

4) Fill out your ballot

• Please follow all instructions – especially those related to your signature!!!
• Vote Yes to support Lakota Schools!

5) Mail your ballot

• It must be postmarked no later than November 7, 2011
• Mail your ballot to:

This is about a mile past the Bridgewater Falls shopping center. Or take Rt. 129 West to Hampshire Dr. and turn right, then turn left on Princeton Road. The office is on the right.

• Ask to vote early

 

• Bring your valid ID (Driver’s License, State Issued ID)

 

• Office hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM

 

• Extended hours for in-person early voting are now available!
• Tuesday, October 11th from 8:30 AM until 9:00 PM
• Wednesdays, October 12, 19, 26, and November 2 from 8:30 AM until 7:00 PM
• Saturdays, October 8, 15, 22, 29 from 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM
• Saturday, November 5 from 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM

2) Fill out an application and your ballot
